Student Registration rates are available to participants currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD programme. Uploading proof of valid enrolment is mandatory.
VIECO 2026 is an in-person event. There is no option to attend virtually (online).
Day delegate rates are not available for this conference.

Registration fees include (unless advised otherwise):
- Admission to all sessions
- Conference materials
- Tea and coffee breaks throughout the conference
- Lunch on Friday, the 14.08.26
- Tour of the University main Building on Thursday,13.08.26, at 18:30–19:30
- Not included is the Conference Dinner on Thursday, 13.08.26. It is available as an optional extra for all attendees.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to
congress@univie.ac.at
- Cancellations received by May 31, 2026 will be refunded in full, with a €10 processing fee deducted.
- Cancellations received June 1 – July 12, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the total registration value including the cost of the conference dinner.
- No refunds are possible for cancellations received after July 13, 2026.
No refunds are claimable due to non-attendance at conference.
